Single, no pets, 59 yr old on SSDI, low income, and in need of a two bdroom single family home or mobile home. OR, a 1 bdroom with lots of storage space, for long term living. I currently have a 2 bdroom, but my landlord is not living up to the repairs this house needs. I wish to stay in the morgantown area.
My current housing is 450 a month, i really cant afford to go over 700 a month in rental fees.
