Homemade fermentation chamber for starting seeds (vegetable, herb, flowers, etc.). Chamber measures 18" wide, 32" long by 34" high and is made from 2" thick extruded polystyrene solid foam sealed with caulk and aluminum flashing tape. Supplied with a temperature sensor and controller. To use, I put an old crock pot in the bottom filled with water and plugged it into the temperature monitor. Use some kind of rack to elevate you seeding trays above it and seal. Set the temperature where you want it and the crock pot will warm up elevating the temperature to the desired setting while also increasing the humidity - ideal conditions for seed germination. I will supply the little metal stands I used but you can obviously rig up anything you want. Crock pot is not supplied.
