I am looking for land to hunt small game on (rabbit, squirrel, fox, woodchuck, coyote, skunk, opossum, weasel. boar in respective seasons). I have zero interest in your deer, bear, turkey and that will not change. I would prefer farm land/ open fields. I am fine paying a small yearly fee.
