I have a clothes dryer. It needs a a heating element. We didn't even check into the price we just invested in a new dryer. It is less than 3 years old and came from Best Buy. It's a working dryer when it has a new heating element. It drys everything on the first run and it's a great, energy efficient dryer. I have rehomed all of the kittens but now the momma is in dire need of a home also. I just cannot keep her! She is about 1-1/2 years old and she is up to date on her shots (I have the shot record to pass on with her) She is very sweet and loves chicken and cheese Special Kitty Treats. She is litter trained and we haven't had any behavior problems out of her. We need to find her a good home with lots of love. She likes going outside but we have had her as an inside cat because she isn't spayed and we live in a neighborhood with other cats and we didn't want kittens. When we got her she was already pregnant. She is a good cat. Her name is Maggie and she has the Hemingway toes. She's a big snuggler and loves to lounge in windows all day. She is the mother in the pictures (the white cat) She has light beige ears and tail and some very light tabby stripes on her in the same beige color. She looks like a lightly toasted marshmellow and she has blue eyes! She's just gorgeous! She is not a very big cat either. She probably weights between 5-8 pounds.

The washer and dryer worked last time we used them (4 yrs ago)..they've been in storage since. washer may need a belt and dryer has a dent in it. No guarantees about them working now..but should and if not would repair easily or be good for scrap metal. Air conditioner is an older model but works. Must take all.

We felled this tree in preparation for our new house. We are now ready to backfill and need to get rid of it. This is a poplar around 80 ft tall, there is a lot of wood. The tree is somewhere around 40" in diameter. The tree is lightly trimmed but the trunk is intact. You cut and you haul (don't complain it is free).
