Absolutely no problems with this laptop, been using it for over three years since new and it hasn't missed a beat. Been reloaded with Vista a couple times, but came with XP Pro and has a clean install of that now. The case has one hairline crack on the bottom-left corner below the keyboard, less than an inch long (picture #5). Also, the top bezel is slightly bent by the right hinge (as you're looking at the screen, see picture #6).
