I need to sublet my one bedroom apartment because I am going home next semester. The rent is 560 a month, and that includes water and sewage. It is in South Park on Brockway Ave, so it's about a 10 minute SUPER easy walk to campus. It is pet friendly with a fenced in yard that your pet can run around in.
