I am looking for someone, preferrably a male WVU student, to sublet my room in a house on Willey Street in Morgantown, WV. Currently, I live with my friend in a two bedroom home, with kitchen, bathroom, family room, living room and side porch. I am graduating this December, but my lease runs through May 2010. Rent is $425 which includes utilities. My roommate pays the cable bill and I pay the trash bill which runs about $29 a month. Can leave furniture.
