Female roommate wanted in a really nice 2 BR furnished apartment at Courtyard West. Available immediately- Novembers rent can be negotiated! Great location (right beside the DA and in front of Arnold Hall). Only a block from WVU Downtown campus and High Street. Surprisingly, the complex stays fairly quiet even at night- so studying isn't a problem! I was issued a parking pass that I can transfer to you after signing a sublease. There is a deposit fee that's $500 and refundable at the termination of the lease (May 10, 2010). Rent is $470+utilities (water and electric is usually about $45-50 per/month, but that would be split). Sorry, no pets. Call (304)952-8761. I can show the apartment anytime!
