I need somebody (girl or boy) to sublet my room at The District in Morgantown. The lease is until August 2010 and your November rent is already paid for. Rent costs $515 a month and this includes all of the utilities. The apartment comes fully furnished with all the kitchen appliances (including a washer/dryer), living room and bedroom furniture. You will have your own separate bedroom and bathroom. Since i haven't moved into my apartment you will be able to choose from any of the available rooms at The District and be able to choose a smoking/ nonsmoking room, pets or no pets and if you want to live with 2 other boy or girl roommates. There is free parking available and if you don't drive there is a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to Downtown and the Med Center PRT station. ( Very convenient for students and hospital employees)
