I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It will be available in November. I moved back home and therefore do not need to reside in this apartment anymore. It is a spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath with a balcony and plenty of parking. The only utilities that would need to be paid are the electric and the gas. Amenities are fantastic: ( swimming pool, jacuzzi, work out center, video game room, and free tanning.) I am looking for a female to take over my lease. It will just be my one room that needs to be sublet. The other roommates are very welcoming and very nice.When you sign the lease, you will be responsible for paying rent which is $379/mo.
