1 bedroom with private bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is nice, new and EVERYTHING is included in rent---ALL utilities, cable, internet and access to 24 hour gym/basketball court. The room itself has a small walk-in closet, is fully furnished with new furniture, including dresser, night stand, bed frame and brand new memory foam mattress. The living room is also fully furnished with new furniture and kitchen table. All appliances and washer/dryer are in the apartment.
I am moving back home and looking for someone to take over my lease until August. Move-in date is negotiable and I will pay for November rent. No deposit required, just a $50 application fee required by leasing office. I will pay for transfer fees. Other roommate is a female professional/grad student who is laid back and tidy.
Animals OK w/deposit (with exception of cats as roommate is allergic).
