Need a roommate for May 2010. We have a three bedroom apt. near downtown, off of Grant Street. We need a third roommate. Would perfer female. No pets. Off street parking, $270 all utilities included. Would perfer to have someone able to sign lease by end of Nov early Dec 2009.
