I have a three bedroom 2 bath house in the South Park neighborhood of Morgantown. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms the room is private and it is on the main floor of the house the other bedrooms are on the second floor. It is walking distance to the downtown campus and the PRT system. All utilities as well as cable and internet are included in the rent. If you have questions please let me know. Call 304-685-3771 to set a time to come check the place out. The room becomes available January 1st. There is the outside chance it will become available right before Christmas if necessary. We can do a short or long term agreement. Some small dogs will be considered.
